What happens if my CashCard has insufficient funds?
If you pass through an ERP gantry with insufficient funds or without a card inserted, you will receive a notification letter within a few days. You must pay the ERP charge plus an administrative fee of $10. If paid within 2 weeks, the admin fee reduces to $2 via online channels. We recommend our Auto Top-Up service to avoid this.
Is your hardware compliant with the new OBU system?
Yes. All hardware sold on SG RoadPass, including our readers and screen protectors, is fully compatible with the new ERP 2.0 On-Board Units (OBU) as well as legacy Dual-Mode IUs. We strictly follow LTA technical specifications.
Do you offer installation services?
We provide hardware sales. For installation of wired units, we partner with authorized workshops across Singapore (Jurong East, Ubi, and Sin Ming). Upon purchase, we can refer you to a partner workshop for discounted installation rates.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items. If you receive a defective unit, we provide a 1-to-1 exchange within 7 days of purchase, subject to verification by our technical team.
